QUESTION: What if I don’t qualify for the other funding programs, Can I pay cash?
At SW Design School, L3C; also known as SW Design School, LLC, we understand that everyone may not meet the qualifications to receive State, Federal, County, or Department of Defense funding. We have affordable payment plans to meet your financial obligation so that you can continue your education.
QUESTION: I thought Apprenticeship Training was FREE?
To clarify, the training method known as OJT (On-The-Job-Training) is provided within our National Apprenticeship program by the Employer. These are the job requirements needed to gain experience in the industry. However, the Related Instructions component (your certification) is delivered separately through SW Design School L3C (LLC). This Related Instructions training is an integral part of the Apprenticeship Program but is distinct from the OJT portion.
QUESTION: Who pays the Related Instruction Cost? The Apprentice?
For candidates that complete the Pre-Apprenticeship program, the EMPLOYER pays the Related Instruction cost. That cost could range from $8K – $25K per apprentice. SW Design School L3C (LLC) delivers the training but is NOT the employer.

- (Pre-Apprenticeship ONLY)(OJT): $4000 or FREE to Active-Duty Army Branch Members
- Must have a computer
- Internet Access
- We Accept WIOA, Checks, Grant Payments from Nonprofit Organizations (HVRP), and Money Orders
The balance must be paid-in-full before the end of the 8-week (full-time) course ends. The student can make arrangements with an Enrollment Specialist on how to make monthly payments. We offer up to 160 days of Internship for those that still have time left on their military contract.
- Computer Programmer Training & Pre-Apprenticeship Training (OJT) (Includes Equipment): $16,000
- We accept Vouchers or Cash
- The equipment will be shipped to you once payment and agreements are paid-in-full.
The balance must be paid-in-full before the equipment is shipped. The student can make arrangements with an Enrollment Specialist on how to make monthly payments.
- Graphic Design Training & Pre-Apprenticeship Training (OJT) (Includes Equipment):=$8,000
- We accept Vouchers or Cash
- The computer will be shipped to you with login credentials for the program once payment and agreements are completed.
The balance must be paid-in-full before the equipment is shipped. The student can make arrangements with an Enrollment Specialist on how to make monthly payments.
- Desktop Publishing & Multimedia Course:= $5,050
- A deposit of $1500 is due before the course begins.
- The computer will be shipped to you with login credentials for the program once payment and agreements are complete.
The balance must be paid-in-full before the end of 12 weeks (full-time) or 24 weeks (part-time) course. The student can make arrangements with an Enrollment Specialist on how to make monthly payments.
- Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations, Business Start-Up:=$2000
- We accept Money Orders, WIOA, and Grant Payments
- Payments of $100 over the next 5 months are due on the 1st of each month in order for the website to remain active. If the student falls behind on a payment, they MUST contact the office with arrangements to avoid service interruptions. No payments will be due until after 7 months and that will be the monthly hosting of $30 per month.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A student may cancel their Enrollment Agreement within three working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) of the date signed by the Student and SW Design School L3C (LLC). Enrollment Agreements canceled as such will allow the Student to receive a full refund of all monies paid. No refunds, credits, or adjustments will be given after the mid-point of a cohort. Course fees are non-refundable after the cancellation period.
REFUND POLICY
After the three-day cancellation period, any student who withdraws for any reason prior to the start date or up to one week into the program receives all monies paid returned.
Refunds will be processed within 30-business days.
